Hotel refurbishment needs room, corridor and service-space information that reflects the areas actually surveyed. Coordinate guest access and any room sampling before capture so designers can distinguish verified layouts from assumptions.
25+ years: Founder-led surveying expertise
Clear scope: Outputs agreed before capture
Checked deliverables: Quality reviewed before issue
Support staged refurbishment: Room plans, sections and level relationships provide a measured design reference.
Identify room variations: Agree the room schedule and sampling; unsurveyed rooms remain unverified.
Coordinate guest access: Opening hours, occupation and operational restrictions shape the visit.
Bedroom refurbishment: Record agreed rooms, bathrooms, corridors and floor levels to inform layouts and design coordination.
Restaurants and shared spaces: Measure dining areas, kitchens and circulation geometry for reconfiguration and interior design.
Conversions and extensions: Provide building elevations, sections and surrounding site information for proposed changes.
Coordinate guest-room availability, housekeeping, kitchen operations and quiet periods. Sampling of repeated rooms needs a written agreement; representative layouts cannot confirm every room’s dimensions.
Choose plans, elevations and sections around the design package. Point clouds and separately scoped models support more complex buildings or teams producing their own drawings.
The survey does not assess room condition, food safety, fire compliance or the capacity of existing services. These require the appropriate specialist advice.
Can repeated room types be surveyed on a sample basis? A sample can be agreed where it suits the project, but the drawings must identify that basis. Unsurveyed rooms cannot be treated as verified copies of the measured room.
