Illustrative project scenario. This is a theoretical example, not a completed Geo Scan project.
A developer needs an accurate account of floor layouts, stairs, façade openings and level changes before the architect develops a conversion scheme.
Agree full building coverage and section positions, coordinate access to occupied areas and record any inaccessible spaces explicitly.
DWG/PDF plans, elevations and sections support the conversion design, with roof and site context included where scoped and accessible.
Resident appointments, locked flats, gardens and roof access can determine what is achievable in a visit. Agree representative or repeated layouts explicitly; one surveyed dwelling must not silently stand in for every other unit.
Measured surveys are distinct from homebuyer reports, condition surveys, legal boundary determinations and structural assessments. Concealed construction is not established from visible geometry.
