• Agree drawing standards, survey coverage and security arrangements, then capture the selected public and staff areas.
• Consistent CAD/PDF plans and sections give the appointed design team a defined existing-condition record with clear coverage notes.
• Security, public services, occupied offices and restricted records areas can affect the visit. Agree escorts, imaging restrictions, information handling and permitted working hours with the estate team.
• Measured information supports estate decisions but does not certify statutory compliance, accessibility or building condition. Security and data-handling requirements are agreed project by project.
