Refurbishing a station building within limited access windows

• A station design team is reconfiguring staff rooms and a public concourse, but the inherited plans omit later alterations.
• Plan capture around operator-approved access, measure the agreed building areas and record visible interfaces with retained structures.
• Floor plans, sections and a registered point cloud support the building refurbishment design; specialist railway assurance remains separately appointed.
• Define the operational boundary, escort requirements, permitted working hours and any possession or isolation requirements before booking. Restricted railway environments require project-specific access arrangements and competence requirements to be confirmed before work is accepted.
• This offer concerns agreed building and asset geometry. Specialist track alignment, railway gauging, signalling surveys and railway assurance are not implied and must be discussed separately.
