Quality is agreed, not assumed

Registration, survey control and coverage checks should suit the decisions the data will support. Scanner specifications and point density alone do not define whole-survey accuracy. Covered or inaccessible geometry cannot be recovered by cleaning.

Can we commission just the point cloud for a London site?

Yes. A registered and prepared point cloud can be the complete deliverable. Measured drawings and Revit or IFC modelling are separately scoped services, not compulsory additions.

Can you survey an occupied London building?

We can plan capture around agreed access windows and operational constraints. Please flag occupied areas, inductions, permits, restricted rooms and any out-of-hours requirements in the brief. Feasibility and programme are confirmed for the specific site.

How is the point cloud organised for multiple floors?

We can segment the dataset into floors, internal and external areas, or other agreed zones while keeping a consistent coordinate framework. Tell us how your team intends to use the files and which areas need to align.

What files and viewers can be supplied?

E57 and RCP/RCS can be scoped for your software. Scan Explorer, TruView or an online viewer may be included where supported and specified. We agree file structure, access arrangements and any hosting period in advance.
